Taaleri’s operating principles guide the everyday work.
The privacy of our customers, personnel and partners is of utmost importance to us. We continuously train our personnel in data protection issues, and every one of our employees has completed a financial sector data protection course.
Väärinkäytösten perustellusta epäilystäkin on ilmoitettava riskienvalvontaan/ICT.
Taaleri does not approve of any kind of corruption, bribery or other activity that may create an impression of inappropriately influencing a business decision, yields an inappropriate advantage to a party or person or can be seen as trying to influence decision-making in other ways.
Taaleri has zero tolerance for money laundering and the financing of terrorism. Laws and official regulations relating to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism must always be complied with in Taaleri’s business operations. Each Group employee takes part in Taaleri’s training programme on the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism. In addition to personal training, it also includes online training. In 2019 Taaleri Group has made significant financial investments into system solutions serving the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
In its operations, Taaleri complies with all binding official instructions and regulations, including for financial sanctions. At the start of their employment all Taaleri employees receive training on Taaleri Group’s sanctions policy and the measures used to ensure compliance with it.
In addition to local laws and regulations, Taaleri is committed to observing internationally recognised human rights, as defined in the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the basic standards of the International Labour Organisation (ILO).
Taaleri Group has an electronic whistleblowing channel that any Group employee can use to anonymously report activity they have observed that does not comply with regulations. Reports submitted anonymously will be received by the Group’s internal control function, which will initiate the necessary measures based on the reports.
