Taaleri Plc’s managers and their closely associated persons shall notify Taaleri Plc and the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) of all their transactions immediately and no later than three (3) business days after the date of the transaction, effective 3 July 2016 and in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation ((EU) No 596/2014, “MAR”).
The notification must be made in writing and the person in the management position must retain a copy of the notification.

3. Deliver the notification
Send the completed form as an email attachment to Taaleri Plc and to the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority immediately and no later than three (3) business days after the date of the transaction. The form cannot be sent by regular mail, due to the short time period.
