The aim is for an effective, accurate, transparent, sufficient, unbiased, and timely communications.
The aim of Taaleri’s Investor Relations activities is to provide financial markets with accurate, sufficient, and timely information about Taaleri’s strategy, activities, operating environment and financial situation in a manner that provides the most accurate snapshot of Taaleri as an investment target.
We publish a half-year report, a financial statements bulletin, an annual report, and stock exchange and press releases. Additionally, we engage in regular dialogue with Finnish analysts and investors. All the current and historical data impacting the share price can be accessed on our website.
The purpose of the Disclosure Policy is to define the internal and external practices related to communications and investor relations that Taaleri Plc observes in external communications. In its communications, Taaleri complies with the rules, instructions and provisions of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd and the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority as well as the obligations regarding listed companies laid out in Finland’s Limited Liability Companies Act, Securities Markets Act and other legislation. The Disclosure Policy takes into account the 2015 Corporate Governance Code recommendations on communications, disclosure and public reporting.

Taaleri will review, upon request by an analyst, his or her earnings model or report only for factual accuracy or information that is in the public domain. Taaleri does not comment or take any responsibility for estimates or forecasts published by capital market representatives.
Taaleri observes a four-week silent period preceding the publication of its financial results. During this period the company’s representatives do not meet with investors or analysts, nor do they comment on the company’s financial position.
