Taaleri business segments are independently responsible implementing Taaleri’s corporate responsibility actions, including oversight and compliance with principles of good governance and responsible investment.
Each segment has or will have its own ESG policy. The company’s Corporate Responsibility Committee assesses the effectiveness of Taaleri’s corporate responsibility work and prepares analyses for the Executive Board and the Board of Directors. The Committee sets boundaries and targets that the business segments implement. The day-to-day responsibility issues are handled within the segments. The Executive Board reviews the progress of the set targets on an annual basis and reports to the Board.
